Sometimes there is no dramatic event. There is only the feeling that you no longer quite fit your own life.
You may not have a single crisis to point to. You may simply feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of your direction. You may know something needs to change without knowing what.
“I don’t feel like myself” is one of the most honest sentences a woman can bring me. It is also a complete enough beginning.
I don’t think this feeling always means you have failed, or that you must overhaul everything. Sometimes it is grief for an older version of you. Sometimes it is a quieter intelligence telling you that your life has moved and you have not yet been allowed to catch up.
I want us to treat that signal with respect, not drama.
- When did I last feel like myself, and what has shifted since?
- What am I carrying that was never really mine?
- Is this overwhelm, or is it a need for a different kind of direction?
- What would reconnection look like in ordinary, unspectacular terms?
Self-worth, direction and disconnection often hide underneath more socially acceptable questions about work or relationships. If those other questions keep circling, it can be because the real conversation is with yourself.
That does not make the practical questions irrelevant. It means we may need to include you in them.
We can begin with whatever is most present — even if it is unnamed. Tarot can help when a situation needs light. Numerology can help when you want a broader understanding of your tendencies and this season of your life. Healing may be relevant if you already understand the story and still feel far from yourself.
I will not turn this into a performance of transformation. I want you to leave with a clearer relationship to yourself, and a next step that feels like yours.
