The truth is...
My story didn't begin with spirituality.
I didn't grow up thinking I would do this.
I trained as an engineer. I completed an MBA. I spent years in the professional world — and still found myself with questions about career, relationships, and the life I was building.
Yoga and meditation became part of how I paid attention. Time in Rishikesh widened the lens. Motherhood changed the pace.
This is the short version. The longer one is on the next page.
